We’re located in Pune, specifically at A1 404 in the Mayur Pankh Apartments. If you know the area, we’re right across from the petrol pump in Kondhwa. It’s a busy part of the city, and having the petrol pump right there makes it easy to give people directions. Ezzi Bpo Pvt Ltd is a small operation where we handle a lot of back-office stuff. The apartment has been converted into a working space, which is pretty common around here. It has a kitchen and a small balcony where we take breaks. Most of the day is spent on the phones or typing away on computers. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have any big signs out front or anything. We just go about our business and try to stay organized. Being in 411048 means we’re part of a lively neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick snack. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't really do formal stuff like employee of the month or big corporate retreats. We just work, eat lunch together, and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It's a simple way to run a BPO, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the files and calls.
