Exuberance Consultancy Llp is based in the Dhayari part of Pune, not too far from Jalshakti. We are in the Sayali building, block number 602. It’s on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze when we open the windows, which is nice in the summer. The address is Sr No 21/1. The building is surrounded by other similar apartment blocks. It is a busy little neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the city coming in all day—scooters, kids playing, and people shouting to each other. We like it here because it feels like a real community. The office itself is just a regular flat. We’ve set up some desks and chairs in the main room. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls and expensive rugs. It is just a workspace where we get our things done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, although Pune traffic is always a bit unpredictable. We usually start our day early before it gets too loud outside. There are a couple of small cafes nearby where we get our snacks. The 411041 pin code is a large area, but our little section near Jalshakti is where we spend all our time. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the delivery guys. It’s a simple, honest place to work without any extra fluff or fancy decorations. We just take it one day at a time.
