Extencore Solutions Pune

Extencore Solutions is based in Pune, specifically in the Shridharnagar area of Dhankawadi. We’re located at Plot No 32 in the Shri Hari Society, care of Mr. PD Patil. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s usually pretty quiet during the day. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a regular house where we’ve set up our workspace. We like being in a society because it feels more like a community. Most of our work is done on laptops, so we don't need a huge warehouse or anything. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the business. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when the weather is nice. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do good work. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have fancy titles or a human resources department. We just talk to each other and get things done. It might seem a bit casual to some, but it works for us. We’ve been in Pune for a long time and this location in Dhankawadi is convenient for all of us. We just take things one day at a time and keep our work honest and straightforward. The society is gated, which makes it feel safe. We sometimes get distracted by the birds in the garden. It’s a nice change.
