We are located in Flat Number 7 of Building Number 3 in the Bandal Complex. Being near the PMT Depot in Kothrud makes it pretty easy for everyone to find us. It is a lively part of Pune, and there is always something happening right outside the windows. We work under the name Exl, and we have been in this specific spot for several years. The office is actually a converted flat, which gives it a more comfortable, homey feel than a cold office building. We have a few rooms set up with workstations and a small kitchen where we make coffee. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through data for our clients. It is not a complicated business model, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We do not have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It is just a group of us working together to get the jobs done as they come in. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make it work. We like being in Kothrud because everything we need is just a short walk away. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. We just focus on being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. It is a simple, honest way to run things, and it suits us just fine.
