Exl Services

The office for Exl Services is located at Flat No 19 A1 in Kumar Samruddhi. This is over in Tingre Nagar, right by the Airport Road in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. Being near the airport means we hear the planes fairly often, but you get used to it after the first week. The apartment complex is called Kumar Samruddhi and it’s a fairly large place. We are in 15 Maharashtra for those keeping track. The office itself is just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a main room where all the computers are. It feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office park. Tingre Nagar is a busy part of Pune, especially with all the traffic coming off Airport Road. Sometimes it takes a while to get through the gates if the security is being extra thorough that day. We have been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us much. Exl Services is just a small operation running out of a flat. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything. It is just Flat 19. We like the breeze we get on the higher floors when the weather is nice. It’s a decent place to spend the day, just doing the work and then heading home like everyone else.
