Excel Polymers

We’re located at New Modikhana 4, which is where Excel Polymers operates from. It’s a practical sort of place. We don’t have a big glass front or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just space for the materials and the machines we need for our polymer work. New Modikhana is a busy area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time now. The building is older, and we’ve had to fix the roof a few times, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s all about the daily grind. We deal with plastics and polymer stuff, which means there’s a lot of weighing, measuring, and checking. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay perfectly clean all day. We have a small staff, and we all know each other’s business, which is just how it goes in a small shop. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or other local businesses that need what we make. Sometimes the street gets blocked by delivery trucks, and we have to go out and help move things along. It’s just part of the day at New Modikhana 4. We’re not trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do our work, get the polymers out the door, and make sure we can do it all again tomorrow. It’s steady and it’s real.
