We’ve been here at Vrindavan Society on Shankar Seth Road for quite a while now. Most people know the area because it’s a busy spot in Pune. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a regular space where a few of us sit and try to help folks find jobs that actually fit what they need. It started because we saw how many people were looking for work but didn't know where to start. We handle a lot of placement stuff every day. Sometimes it’s busy with phones ringing, other times it’s just us catching up on paperwork. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth that keeps us going. Being in Pune means we get to meet a lot of different people, from young students to folks who have been working for years. We just try to listen to what they want and see if any of the companies we talk to have an opening. It isn't always easy to find the right match, but we keep at it. The address is 53 5, and it's easy to find once you get on the main road. If you're around Shankar Seth Road, you've probably passed our building. We like the neighborhood. It feels like home to us. Just a small group of people doing their job and helping out where we can.
