The trains are constantly running nearby and the streets are full of people going to offices. Our place is tucked away in this building. It’s an engineering setup, so there are always blueprints and notes lying around on the desks. We don’t really bother with making the office look like a showroom because we are usually too busy with the technical side of things. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic on Bahu Patil Road, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of computers and people talking about projects. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central for everyone to reach. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a long time, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a short break to stretch. It’s a straightforward operation here. No big corporate speeches, just engineers and staff trying to keep up with the deadlines. We have a lot of files stacked up against the walls in the back room. It’s just how a working office looks when things are actually happening. We also have a small kitchen area where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most used thing in the office.
