Exalt Consulting

We are based in Pune, specifically at Sn 55 13 11 in Bhagya Dev Nagar, which is in the Kondhwa Kd area. We are right behind the Manav Ashram, so that is usually how people find us if they get lost. Working at Exalt Consulting is pretty much a daily grind of looking at files and talking to folks who need some guidance. Pune is a busy place and Kondhwa is no exception, with all the bikes and noise outside our door. The office is simple and functional. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It is not a corporate setup with polished floors or fancy art. We prefer it this way because it feels more real and honest. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets way too hot in the afternoon, but we just keep pushing through the work. We have been here for a while and the people in Bhagya Dev Nagar are used to seeing us around. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. It is just consulting, plain and simple. We listen to what people need and tell them what we think is the best way forward for them. No fluff or extra stuff that nobody needs. Most of our day is just spent keeping things moving and making sure our records are in order. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
