ESW ADVANTAGE FORUM

We are located out in Shewalwadi, specifically in the Defence Colony area. Our address is on Survey Number 36/2A/4. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads of Pune. ESW Advantage Forum is run from here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a focused group of people. Being in Defence Colony gives the place a bit of a disciplined feel, though we are just regular folks. The area has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up all the time. We’ve stayed here because it’s a good base for what we do. There’s no fancy lobby or glass elevators. We just have our office space where we manage the forum's activities. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of practical work, not much of the flashy stuff you see in marketing brochures. We like the fact that it’s a bit tucked away. It lets us get on with our jobs without too many distractions. You might hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don't really have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been part of this Shewalwadi community for a while now and plan to stay for the long haul because it just feels right.
