We are based out of 14 Samarth Kunj Apartment in Dhayari, Pune. We are right opposite the Kal Bhairav Temple, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Eros Elevator Pvt Ltd is what we do. The office is inside an apartment building, so it’s got a very local feel. We have parts and tools around sometimes because of the nature of the elevator business. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of an office and a storage spot combined. Pune weather is usually nice, but it gets dusty in Dhayari with all the traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with technicians and clients. The space is a bit tight with all the desks and filing cabinets. We have a small corner where we keep the records for the 411041 area. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most days involve a lot of logistics and scheduling. The temple across the street means there’s often a bit of a crowd nearby, especially on certain days. We get our tea from a shop just around the corner. It’s just a regular local business where we show up and do the work. It’s not a high-tech corporate lab, just a functional apartment-turned-office where we manage the elevator services.
