This is a huge residential area, so it feels quite different from a typical city office. We are up on the ninth floor, so we get a decent breeze when the windows are open. The flat is our main base of operations, and we have turned the rooms into working spaces for the team. It’s a bit of a journey to get into the heart of Pune from here, but since Nanded City has almost everything we need, we don’t have to leave the gates too often. The building is modern and the surroundings are usually well-kept, which makes for a nice environment to spend the day in. We have our computers set up in the living area and the bedrooms are used for storage and a small meeting space. It’s quiet for the most part, except for the occasional sounds of kids playing or people moving around the building. We keep our own hours and just focus on the work that needs to be done. It’s not a corporate glass-and-steel building, just a regular flat in a big housing project. We like the fact that it feels a bit more relaxed here than in the crowded parts of the city. We just sit down, do our work, and manage the daily operations as they come.
