Emspl Pvt.Ltd. is a small operation we’ve got going out in Dapoli, which is near Panvel. We are tucked away in the Raigad district, specifically in the Paragaon area. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, though Panvel itself is getting busier every year. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to home. Most of us here grew up in this part of Maharashtra. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily paperwork and whatever else comes up. We don't have a big corporate ladder or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the rain in Raigad gets so heavy we have to stop for a bit, but that’s just life here. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Local people know us, and we know them. We don't go around making big promises or using marketing talk. We just do the work that needs doing and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple business. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us at our desks or moving stuff around in the back. It’s an honest way to spend the day and we’re happy with how things are. Paragaon is a decent place to be based out of for what we do. We like the local food around here and the people are friendly. It’s just home for us.
