Ems Tech Pvt Ltd Joint Venture Electronica Minami Japan

Ems Tech Pvt Ltd is a joint venture with Electronica Minami Japan, and we are based out of Building No C2/6 in Statebanknagar, Karvenagar, Pune. It is an interesting mix because we have that Japanese connection, but we are very much a local Pune operation. The office is located in a part of town that feels more like a community than a cold industrial zone. We do not have a massive factory floor with robots everywhere. It is a more modest setup where we handle the technical and administrative side of the partnership. Pune has a lot of tech companies, but we like our spot in Karvenagar because it is not as chaotic as the main IT parks. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different parts of the business. Sometimes there are language barriers or time zone issues to deal with, but we just work through them. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. We do not have a big PR team writing stories about us. We are just engineers and office staff trying to make this joint venture work. Most days involve a lot of emails and technical discussions. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized. It is a busy life, but it is a good one. We are just here doing our work every day without much noise.
