We are based in Pune, specifically over in the Dhankawadi area. You can find us at Navnathnagar, near the Shakti Jeam. The official spot is C 0 M Bartakke. We go by the name Employer, which is pretty direct, just like how we work. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on near the gym. We aren't some high-end consultancy in a glass box. Our office is just a regular part of the street. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the people around us. There’s no corporate hierarchy here that makes things complicated. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. We don't use big words to describe simple things. Most of us live nearby, so this place is part of our daily life. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with the traffic, but we don’t mind. We just focus on the work on our desks. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s an honest way to spend the day. If you’re looking for us, just head towards Shakti Jeam and you’ll find the building easily. We like keeping things on a human level. No fancy talk, just people working in Pune. That’s what we’ve always been about and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. It’s a good, simple life for us here at our Navnathnagar office.
