Empathy Infra & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based at No-45 in Nirvana Hills, which is up near Kothrud. You can see the Paud Phata Flyover from nearby, so it’s a pretty easy landmark to keep in mind when you’re heading this way. Engineering and infrastructure work isn't always pretty; it involves a lot of muddy boots and heavy binders full of technical specs. Our office reflects that. There are rolls of drawings leaning against the walls and usually a few hard hats sitting on the front counter. We spend our time trying to figure out the best way to get things built without too many hiccups. Kothrud is a busy area, and being near the flyover means we’re always hearing the hum of the city. We don’t bother with fancy furniture or a big reception area because most of our real work happens either at the desks or out on a construction site. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve been working together long enough to know how to stay out of each other's way. Some days we are buried under deadlines, and other days we’re just waiting for a permit to come through so we can move to the next step. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. We just take it one project at a time and do the work.
