Emerson Climate Technologies

We are located in Uttamanagar, Khadakwasla, which is right near the NDA Road in Pune. It’s a nice area, 411023, with a bit more space than you get right in the middle of the crowded city. Emerson Climate Technologies has a setup here that’s pretty straightforward. We aren't into anything fancy or high-end when it comes to our office space. It’s mostly just functional for what we need. We have a lot of parts and equipment sitting around because that’s the nature of what we do every day. The air out here feels a bit different than the center of Pune, which is a nice change of pace for the team. We have a small team and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits well. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or looking over plans at our desks. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to tell us how to talk to people. We just speak plainly and honestly. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone comes to the door, we go and see what they need. It’s a simple way to run things. We usually have lunch together and talk about regular stuff like the weather or the traffic on the way in. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s about it for us.
