Emcure

We are over here in Kondhwa, right in the heart of Pune 48. It’s a busy area and we’ve been at this spot for a while now. People usually find us without too much trouble if they know the neighborhood well. Our office is just a regular place where we get our work done every day. There isn't anything fancy about the building or how we set things up inside. We just have our desks, some chairs, and the usual stuff you’d expect in a workspace. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic gets really heavy in the afternoons. It gets quite loud outside with all the bikes and cars passing by, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we manage to keep everything moving forward. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting around, talking about what needs to be finished before the day ends. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple routine we have here at Emcure. We just try to do our jobs right and go home. There are no big speeches or complicated rules. It is just a group of people working together in Kondhwa, trying to make things work one day at a time.
