Our office is in the Arpita Amrutkalash Building, right there in Shahunagar lane number 9. Being near Cummins College in Karvenagar means there is always a lot of energy around. Elixir Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd has been in unit 102 for some time. It's a regular space where we handle recruitment and talk to candidates. Some days are quiet, others are packed with people coming for interviews. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No one wears suits unless they really want to. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually sorting out staffing for different companies that get in touch with us. The building itself is easy to find if you know the college area. We spend most of our hours looking through profiles and making calls to see who’s interested in new roles. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We’ve got a small corner for files and a few desks that have seen better days. It feels like a local spot because most of us live nearby too. We don't do big presentations. Instead, we just have a seat and chat about what kind of work is out there. It’s a busy lane, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. Just a bunch of us trying to get people hired and keeping the paperwork moving without making a big fuss about it.
