We’ve been based out of Yamunanagar Nigdi for a while now. Most days it's just us at Elixir Hr Solution Pvt Ltd dealing with paperwork and trying to help people find where they fit in the working world. It's not a fancy setup, just an office where we sit and go through resumes all morning. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of different requests from local companies looking for staff. It’s practical work. People come in, they talk about what they need, and we see what’s available on our lists. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of tea. We know the area well since we’ve been here, and it makes it easier to talk to folks who live around Nigdi. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us staring at screens or on the phone. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn't any secret formula to what we do here. We just look at who is hiring and who needs a job, then try to bridge that gap without making it too complicated for anyone involved. Most of the time it works out, and that’s what keeps the lights on. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the day. It’s a regular job, really.
