Electronic Cooperative Estate Ltd

This estate here in Parvati has been around for quite some time. We are situated at the 3rd Cross on AMC Road, specifically at Samudaya Nagar 44. Being an electronic cooperative, there is always some kind of hum in the air from all the different units working. It’s an old building, and you can tell by the way the walls look and how the stairs creak a bit when you walk up. There are a lot of different people coming and going because it’s a cooperative estate. You might see someone carrying a bag of parts or a technician running late for a meeting. We don't have those fancy glass lobbies like the new buildings. It’s mostly concrete and practical spaces. The area around AMC Road can get quite congested during the day, so getting here takes a bit of patience. We all know each other in this block. If someone needs a tool or a bit of help, they just pop their head into the next unit. It’s a community feel, which you don't find much anymore. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork that comes with being a cooperative. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps the place running. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure everything stays functional for everyone who has a space here at Electronic Cooperative Estate Ltd. That is all we really do.
