Out at Gat No. 736 in Velu, which is part of the Bhor Taluka, you’ll find us at Eepos Cranes. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but for the kind of work we do, we need the room. We deal with cranes—building them, fixing them, and moving them around. It’s heavy, dirty work and it’s definitely not a desk job for most of the guys here. The workshop is big and open to let the air circulate, which is necessary when you’re welding or cutting metal. You won’t find any polished marble floors here. It’s mostly concrete and grease stains, which is exactly how it should be in a place that builds machinery. We started out small and just kept adding more tools as we could afford them. The weather out in Velu can be quite something, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a fair bit of time making sure the roof doesn't leak on the expensive equipment. We aren't corporate types; we’re more comfortable in work boots and overalls. Dealing with big lifting equipment means you have to be careful and know your stuff, so we don't rush through things. It’s a practical, hands-on business. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos; we just have our tools and our experience from years of working in this specific industry.
