Excellent Handling System

Our place is located at 391 Chikhali, right near the old Octroi Post. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who does business in this area. We handle systems and equipment, mostly the kind of stuff used in factories or warehouses. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts and tools scattered around, but we know where everything is. We aren't the kind of people who sit behind desks all day. Most of the time, we’re out back working on a machine or talking to a client about a repair. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a dedicated receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of the guys just wipes his hands and picks it up. Chikhali is a good location for us because it’s easy for trucks to get in and out. We’ve been here for a number of years now. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone has a problem with their handling system and they hear we can fix it, so they show up at the gate. We keep things simple. No fancy presentations or sales pitches. We just look at the machine, figure out what’s wrong, and try to get it working again. It’s honest work and we’ve built some good relationships with the other businesses around the Octroi Post. We usually have lunch together in the small room out back and talk about the weekend.
