Our business is based along the Pune Solapur Road in the Jyotiba Nagar area. We deal with cranes and heavy lifting. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in an office all day. Most of the time, our machines are out on different sites or parked by the road waiting for the next call. We've had our share of breakdowns and late nights. When a truck gets stuck or someone needs something heavy moved, they call us. Sometimes the weather is terrible and we are out there in the rain trying to get a hook attached. It’s hard work and you have to be careful. The cranes take a lot of maintenance to keep them running. We spend a lot of money on grease and spare parts. We don't have a big marketing team. People just know our name because they see our equipment on the highway. We’ve been operating around this part of Pune for a long time. Our yard isn't much to look at, just a patch of ground with some tools and the machines. We keep things simple. If you need something lifted, we show up with the crane and get it done. There are no fancy contracts or complicated terms. We just agree on a price and do the work. It’s a tough way to make a living but it keeps us outdoors and active.
