So, we are over at S N 49 1 1 in Ganesh Colony, which is part of the Gananjay Society in Kothrud. If you know Pune, you know Kothrud is a pretty established place with a lot going on. Our spot is in a residential-heavy area, so it’s actually quite nice compared to the more commercial parts of the city. We operate under the name Eclerx Services Ltd from this location. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical office where we can get through our daily work without too much fuss. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge because the traffic in Kothrud has really picked up over the last few years, but once you’re inside the society gates, it feels a bit calmer. The office itself is simple. We have our desks set up, some chairs for when we need to sit together and talk, and the usual office stuff. We don’t really do anything flashy here. It’s just about getting the jobs done as they come in. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute from other parts of Pune. We have a routine where we start around the same time and keep going until the evening. The society has some trees around, so it’s not just concrete everywhere you look. It feels like a normal workplace for normal people who just want to do their bit and go home.
