Eaton Powerware

Our place is in Pune, tucked away in the MSEB Officers Colony in Ganeshkhind. The address is 3/5, and it is a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of the busy city. Being near the officers colony means the roads are a bit better and there are more trees around the streets. We have been operating Eaton Powerware from here for some time now. It is not a massive corporate park setup with a canteen or anything. Instead, it feels more like a local home-based office where we get our daily work done. We focus on power systems and helping out with technical issues that people face with their equipment. The weather in Pune is usually nice, so we keep the windows open most of the time to let the breeze in. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. We just do our tasks and handle the calls as they come in. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so the desks are usually covered in files and diagrams. It is a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls for a quick snack during the afternoon break. It is a very normal, low-key way of running a business. We like the Ganeshkhind area because it is central enough to reach our clients without having to spend all day stuck in the city traffic. It works for us.
