You can find us on Telco Road in Chinchwad, right in Shop Number 5 on the second floor of the Prestige Complex. Being up on the second floor means we’re away from the street noise a bit, but we still hear the trucks going by. It’s a practical spot for a transport agency. We deal with a lot of heavy loads and logistics stuff every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some files, a couple of computers, and plenty of chairs for when people come in to discuss their shipping needs. We’ve been in this complex for a good while now. Most of our day is spent coordinating with drivers and making sure the routes are clear. Chinchwad is a busy industrial area, so there’s always a lot of movement. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign while visiting other shops in the building. It gets pretty hectic around month-end when everyone is trying to move their inventory. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the paperwork is right and the trucks are on their way. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up talking to the drivers. It's a simple life here. The windows in the shop are a bit small, so we keep the overhead lights on all day to see the manifests clearly. We have a couple of old wooden chairs that have been here since the day we opened. They aren't the most comfortable, but they serve their purpose when a driver needs to sit.
