Dynamic Manpower Solution

We’ve been running Dynamic Manpower Solution out of our office at 253 2 1Khese Park in Lohagaon for some time now. Pune is a big place but this corner of Lohagaon is where we handle all the hiring work. It’s mostly just us answering phones and talking to people who need jobs or companies that need a few extra hands on deck. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is a practical space where we look at resumes and try to figure out who goes where. Sometimes the days are long because matching the right person to the right job isn't as easy as it looks on paper. We started here because we know the area and most of our staff lives nearby too. You’ll usually find someone at the desk from early morning until the evening hours. We deal with all sorts of workers, from people just starting out to those with years of experience. The paperwork piles up pretty fast but we stay on top of it. It’s a local operation and we like it that way because we can actually talk to the people coming through the door. If you are around Lohagaon, you probably know where Khese Park is. We are right there in the middle of it, just doing our daily thing and helping the local economy move along a little bit every day. Nothing too complicated about how we work here.
