Dynamic Man Power

So, we are over in the Sukahwani Campus, specifically Flat No 2 in the Primerose B building. It’s in Vallabh Nagar, Pimpri, which is a busy part of Pune. Being in a flat means it’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of people coming in to talk about jobs. We handle manpower stuff, so there’s always a lot of resumes flying around and phone calls going on. You can hear the traffic from the road nearby, but that’s just how Pimpri is. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit. It’s a very practical kind of office. No one is wearing suits unless they have a big meeting. Usually, it’s just us in shirts and trousers, drinking tea and trying to match workers with the right places. It gets a bit hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for work or calling about their shifts. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. It’s just the address, some chairs for people to wait in, and us doing the paperwork. People find us because they know the Sukahwani Campus or they’ve been told to come to Flat 2. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get through the pile of folders on the desk before the day ends. It's a lot of work, but someone has to do it, and we've been at it for a while.
