Working out of a flat means it’s a bit more personal than a big commercial building. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually just find us through word of mouth or if they’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while. The balcony has a few plants that I try to keep alive, though I forget to water them some days. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, but we get the work done. If someone calls, they’re usually talking directly to me or someone I trust. No automated machines or complicated menus to deal with. We prefer it that way because it keeps things honest and manageable for everyone involved.
