Durocrete Engineering Services is located in Warje, specifically down Lane Number 3. We are quite close to the Jijai Garden Mangal Karyalay, which is where everyone goes for weddings and big events around here. Our spot in Tapodham Parisar is easy to find if you know the area. We have been operating here at Survey Number 14 for a good while. It is a regular engineering office, nothing too flashy or corporate. We have our equipment and our desks, and that is about it. The people working here are mostly from around Pune, so we speak the same language and understand how things work in this part of town. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by delivery trucks, but we just deal with it. We handle a lot of technical stuff every day, checking numbers and making sure things are safe, but we do not feel the need to brag about it. We are just regular folks doing a job that needs doing. There is a lot of tea drinking and talking about the daily schedule. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work for our clients, and go home to our families. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. The neighborhood is nice, and we feel like we are a small part of the community here.
