DSILVA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is located up in the Clover Palisades building, specifically in unit A-1012 on Pisoli Road. This is in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Being on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when we’re stuck at our desks all day. We do consulting work, so it’s mostly a lot of talking, analyzing data, and writing reports. The atmosphere here isn't like those big firm offices you see in movies. It’s more relaxed. We wear comfortable clothes and sometimes work late into the evening when a project is due. Kondhwa is a growing part of Pune, and Pisoli Road can get quite busy with all the new buildings going up. We’ve been at SN-27 for a bit now. The space inside is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We don't have a big budget for fancy decor, and we don't really need it. The focus is always on the client work we have in front of us. Sometimes we order food from the local places nearby and eat while we work. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer. It’s a very hands-on way to run a consulting business. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a bunch of us trying to do our jobs well and stay organized.
