Our office is at 401, Mantri Terrace, right in Thube Park over in Shivaji Nagar. If you know Pune at all, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve got the trucks moving in and out of the city, and the phone doesn't really stop ringing once the sun is up. Being on the fourth floor helps a bit with the street noise, but you can still hear the traffic and the horns. It’s mostly just us keeping track of where the drivers are and making sure the loads are secured properly. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking timing schedules on the computer. It isn't glamorous work by any means. There’s usually a layer of dust on the windows because that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep a lot of physical logbooks and the tea stays hot for maybe five minutes before someone gets interrupted by a driver calling in. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, so we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for a website. We just handle transport. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand with pens and paper, which is a real headache. But usually, we just get the jobs done and go home when the last truck is finally accounted for.
