Dreamsplacement

Dreamsplacement is located on the second floor at 21 Mitha Nagar in Kondwa, Pune. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't even think about it anymore. The office isn't very large, so we’ve had to get creative with how we store our files and where we put the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to see where they might fit in. It’s not always easy because the job market can be tough, but we do what we can. We don't have any fancy software to do the work for us; it’s mostly just us making calls and writing things down. We like being in Kondwa because it’s a lively place with a lot of energy. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with resumes and notes everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to folks. We just ask them what they’re looking for and tell them what’s available. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk, while other days we barely have time to breathe. We’re just a small group of people trying to help out other people in our own way. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that’s in front of us.
