Dreams Placement

You can find us at 2074 Sadashiv Peth in Pune, right in the thick of things. Dreams Placement is where we spend our mornings and evenings trying to help people figure out their next job. It’s a busy spot, and the office is usually filled with files and notebooks. We aren't trying to be some corporate giant. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, talking to folks who are looking for a change in their careers. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the tea kettle. We know how stressful looking for work can be because we see it every day. We just try to listen and see what might fit. We don't have any scripted speeches or fancy presentations. If someone comes in, we just talk to them like regular people. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of paper. Pune is a big city and there’s always something happening, so we try to keep up as best as we can. We've had our share of long days when nothing seems to go right, but we show up the next morning anyway. It's just honest work. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, just trying to make a living and help others out when they can.
