Dr Raskar Eye Hospital

We are located on the second floor of the Akanksha Building. That’s right above the Lifelime Hospital if you’re looking for us. We are near Hutatma Chowk on Alandi Road in Bhosarigoan. Dr Raskar Eye Hospital is where we handle everything to do with eyes. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but there’s a lift. The area is usually quite busy. We’ve been here in this building for some time now. It’s a simple clinic setup. We have the machines for testing eyes and the doctor spends most of his day looking at charts. People from Bhosarigoan come here when their vision gets blurry or they need new glasses. It’s not a luxury medical center. It’s just a place where we work on eyes. Sometimes the waiting area gets full, especially on Saturdays. We just try to get through the appointments one by one. Being near the chowk makes it easy for people to find us. The clinic isn't very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when several families are waiting at once. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some posters about eye health and a few old magazines. We focus on the eye exams and the prescriptions. It’s a straightforward way to run a hospital. We just open up in the morning and see who comes in from the Alandi Road area to get their eyes checked. It’s just us working upstairs above the other hospital.
