Dr Pawar Ayurvedic Clinic is right on Bajirao Road in Shukrawar Peth. If you have spent any time in this part of the city, you know it is always full of life and a bit of noise from the street. Our clinic is a modest space where we focus on the traditional ways of doing things. We have been in Shukrawar Peth for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The clinic itself is quite simple. We have a small waiting area and the space where the consultations happen. It’s not decorated with anything fancy, just the essentials for an Ayurvedic practice. The smell of herbs usually lingers in the air, which is something people seem to notice when they walk in from the dusty road. We handle all the daily chores ourselves, from answering the phone to keeping the shelves organized. It’s a small operation, and that is how we like to keep it. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us here on Bajirao Road. Most of our day is spent talking to people and preparing what they need. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We see a lot of local residents who have been coming to this street for years. It feels like a very grounded place to work, right in the heart of a busy, old-fashioned district.
