Dr Nandedkar Ayurved Panchakarma Clinic Shaniwar Peth

The clinic is located in Shaniwar Peth, right in the middle of all the noise at Appa Balwant Chowk. We are in the F-Wing of the DSK Chintamani building, room 519. Finding the place can be a bit of a headache if you aren't used to Pune traffic or how the lanes work around here. The building itself is quite big, and sometimes the lift takes a while, so some people just use the stairs if they’re feeling up to it. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops and offices around, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside the clinic, it smells like herbs and oils, which is typical for a Panchakarma place. We have the wooden tables and the specific gear needed for the treatments. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s more of a practical space where we get things done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, they are okay. We spend a lot of time preparing the oils and checking on the equipment. Most of our visitors are locals who have been coming for years, so we know most of the faces. It gets quite loud during the festivals because of the location, but we just keep working through it. The building can be confusing with all the wings, so we tell people to look for the F-Wing specifically. It’s just how these old Pune buildings are.
