We operate out of a space in Kondhawa Khurd, Pune, specifically at 124/2. We share the location with Manohar Pokale, so that is whose name you might see on the gate when you arrive. It’s a bit of a different setup than most people expect, but it works for us. Kondhawa is a busy part of town with a lot of energy and people everywhere. Our office is more like a workshop or a study than a corporate suite. We have what we need to get the job done, and not much else. There are no fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls here. It’s just us, some sturdy desks, and our equipment. We spend our days going through data and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the local shops and the traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to that over time. We don't really have a hierarchy here where everyone has a big title or their own private office. We all just pitch in and do whatever is needed at the moment. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in a city like Pune. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and keep things moving. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just a local team working out of a modest spot in Kondhawa.
