You can find us over at the Reliance Lodhivali Township, right near the Dha Hospital in Raigad. The address is 28 Oyh1, which sounds a bit technical, but it’s just our spot in the neighborhood. Working as Dodsal Epc Llc means we deal with a lot of moving parts every single day. The township is a good place to be based because everything is fairly organized, though the traffic near the hospital can get a little backed up in the afternoons. Inside our office, it’s mostly just stacks of project files and people talking on phones trying to get things lined up for the next phase of work. We aren’t the type to put on suits or act like we are in a high-rise in Mumbai. It’s more about wearing comfortable boots and making sure the engineering and procurement details are actually correct. We see a lot of the same faces around the township, and that’s nice because it feels like a community. The work itself can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just getting the job finished properly. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the wall, just calendars and schedules that tell us what needs doing before the sun goes down. It’s a decent living and a busy life here in Maharashtra, and we just keep pushing forward.
