DNL CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Ganga Satellite, over in Wanawadi. If you know Pune, you know this part of town has grown quite a bit lately. Our office is in Flat 904, inside Building C/2. It’s a residential complex mostly, so it’s quieter than being right on the main road. We started this because we knew about consulting and thought we could do it on our own terms. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients about their business plans. It’s mostly just sitting in front of screens or having meetings in the small conference area we set up. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm with glass walls and suits. We wear regular clothes and drink way too much coffee from the kitchen down the hall. It’s a small team here. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Living and working in Pune means you get used to the pace of things. We just try to provide what people ask for without making it overly complicated. That's really the whole story of how we run things here at SN 69. We are just local people doing a job.
