Our spot is at 585 5 in the Ramaraj Market Yard, right near Salisbury Park in Pune. The pin code is 411 037. Working in a market yard means there is always something going on. You’ve got trucks moving around, people hauling crates, and a general sense of constant activity from very early in the morning until late. It’s quite different from a standard office park. The air is often thick with the smell of whatever goods are being traded nearby. We work out of a space that is functional above all else. We have our desks, our filing cabinets, and the usual office supplies. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it because we stay so busy. We get a lot of visitors coming in from the market area, so the floor stays a bit dusty no matter how often it gets swept. Salisbury Park is a nice contrast to the chaos of the yard, providing a bit of greenery nearby if we ever have time to take a quick walk. Most of our day is spent handling the paperwork and logistics that come with being in such a commercial hub. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s a bit messy sometimes, but it’s where we do our work. We just keep our heads down and handle the associates' tasks as they come in. It’s been our base for quite some time now and we're used to the noise.
