Dhanvijay Construction

Dhanvijay Construction is based on Road 8 in Navsahyadri Ramdevnagar. We’ve been operating out of this office for a while. It’s a busy place because construction never really stops. Our office on Road 8 is where we keep all our plans and documents. It’s not a polished corporate suite. It’s a bit rough around the edges, with dust from the sites often finding its way in. Ramdevnagar is a good location for us. We can get to most of our projects easily from here. The office itself has a few desks and some chairs for when people come to talk about their building needs. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. That’s about it. Road 8 can get a little crowded with our trucks and equipment, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We’ve been part of Navsahyadri for long enough that people know the Dhanvijay Construction name. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the sites. When we are in the office, we’re usually busy with paperwork. It’s a simple, hardworking environment and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep building, project by project, right here from Road 8.
