Deshpande Degaonkar

Deshpande Degaonkar is situated at Plot No 89 B/3, Om Banglow, just off Gangote Path in Erandwane. We are very close to Kamla Nehru Park, which is a nice place to walk through when we need a break from the office. Our workspace is inside a bungalow, which makes it feel more like a home than a traditional business office. There’s a quiet atmosphere here most of the time, although it gets busy when we have meetings with clients or when site supervisors come in to report on progress. We have been in this part of Pune for a long time, and we've seen how the neighborhood has changed around us. Our desks are usually piled high with site plans and legal documents related to the projects we are handling. We don't really have a polished corporate image. We are just local professionals who know the area and know how to get things built here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, making sure the work is moving along as it should. There aren't any fancy posters on the walls or big mission statements. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We like the personal touch of working from a bungalow, where we can actually sit down with people and have a proper conversation about their plans without feeling rushed. It’s a steady way of working that has worked for us over the years.
