Deo Associates

Deo Associates is situated in Pimple Gurav, specifically within the Deokar Park area. It is a decent neighborhood and we have made our home here for the business. We do not have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the local roads and the different housing societies around Pimple Gurav. People come to us when they are tired of looking at ads that do not lead anywhere. We keep our own lists of what is available and what has already been taken. The office is a simple place where we can sit down and talk without too much noise from the street. We spend a lot of time out of the office though, because you cannot really know a property just by looking at a piece of paper. You have to go there and see the walls and the plumbing for yourself. We have seen the area grow quite a bit lately with new people moving in and others moving out. It keeps us busy. We do not use any slick sales talk or anything like that. We just show the property and let the person decide if it fits their life. It is a practical way to work and it seems to suit the people around Deokar Park. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. If we are not in the office, we are probably just down the road showing a flat.
