We don't have a big shiny office. It is just a simple room where we get together to work. Some days it’s quite hot, so we have the fans going full blast. We’ve been here in Indira Nagar for a long time. Everyone around here knows us. We don't use any fancy titles or have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing what needs to be done. The address can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here because of how the chawls are numbered. But we are used to that. We just tell people to look for Siddheshwar Chawl. It’s an honest way to work, being right in the heart of the community. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or just by passing by. It’s a small operation, but it’s ours and we keep it moving despite the daily chaos of the city.
