W/100 Bhosari is where we spend most of our time. It’s an industrial area, so things are never really quiet around here on D D Sathe Marg. Delproequipmentspvt Ltd started small and we just stayed in this spot. The workshop has a lot of heavy stuff moving around and the floor is usually a bit messy with metal scraps or tools. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. People just walk in when they need something fixed or if they are looking for specific parts. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess but we keep the doors open anyway. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years now, so we know where everything is even if it looks disorganized to someone else. It's a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty every single day. The heat in Bhosari can be tough during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We just focus on getting the equipment sorted for whoever comes by. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We usually close up late once the sun goes down and the traffic on the main road starts to thin out a bit. That's just how things go here at the shop.
