Down in Manjari, on Shewalewadi Road, you’ll find our office at Sampanna House. We’re in room A2/310. It’s a quiet enough place most mornings until the phones start ringing for parts and industrial bits. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly stuff that keeps factories and smaller shops running. I think we’ve been in this building for long enough that the security guards know us by name now. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a showroom with bright lights or anything. It’s mostly desks, some catalogs, and a lot of coffee. Working in industrial solutions means you’re always looking at specs and trying to find the right fit for a client’s machine. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache when a part is hard to find, but we usually figure it out. We aren't a huge corporation, so you get to talk to the same couple of people every time you call. It makes things easier, I think. We like being in this part of Pune. It’s easy to get around from here, even with the traffic on the main road getting worse lately. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There isn't some big secret to how we run things. We just try to be helpful when someone is stuck with a broken machine. It’s a living and we’re happy with how things are going so far. We've got a good rhythm going here and it works for everyone involved. We just take it day by day and try to stay organized.
