Our shop is over in Bhosari at Plot T-108 and 109 in the MIDC area. Pune gets pretty busy, and this industrial zone is no exception. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now, focusing on controls and the mechanical bits that go into them. It’s a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we do. We have a team that stays pretty busy on the floor most days. You’ll hear the machines running from early morning until the evening shift wraps up. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the MIDC is a real headache, especially near the main junctions, but we all show up and get to it. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or decorations because the work happens in the back. There’s usually a lot of metal and components sitting around waiting to be put together. People know us for being in this specific corner of the industrial estate. We try to keep things simple. If there’s an order to fill, we focus on that. It's a practical way to run a business. We eat lunch together sometimes when it's not too hectic. Living and working in Pune means you get used to the pace of things. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. There are always a few challenges with the power or deliveries, but we manage.
