We’re set up in Pune at C 3 Indranagari Society in the Salisbury Park area. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking in the society can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive late. Working for Deloitte Consulting Llp from this location feels quite different than being in a massive glass tower. We are part of the Indranagari Society, so we see our neighbors going about their daily lives while we sit at our monitors. The office itself is pretty simple—just a converted space with enough room for our team to sit and work. We’ve got the usual stuff: printers that occasionally jam, a small pantry area, and desks that have seen better days. Salisbury Park is a decent area to be in, and it’s relatively easy for most of us to get to. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls; it’s mostly just calendars and maybe a few personal photos. Our days are filled with the usual consulting work, plenty of emails, and the occasional meeting that goes on a bit too long. We just aim to get our stuff finished so we can enjoy our evenings. It’s an unpretentious place to work, and we like the fact that it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile office. We just show up, do the work, and keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we get tea from the stall around the corner.
